Played by: Edward Gusts

Currently; Edward is showing ALL ACCESS to everyone he knows to create a word of mouth acting career pyramid scheme. He Just wrapped another film (In With Thieves) where he plays a junkie who tries to put one past the mob with hilarious results. Character: Dean

Played by: Christopher Greer

Born and raised in TEXAS, Christopher has been in L.A. for 3 years. Recently he has worked on several short films including "Steadfast" a western where his character rode a horse, and shot guns on their way to a top 10 Award at the 2006 168Hour Film Festival. Other recent short films include "Uh, Oh", and "Yuletide". Christopher also had a pivotal supporting role in the feature film "The Moment After 2" which will be arriving on DVD this spring.

 

 

Character: Moose

Played by: Mark Wyrick

Mark is a founding member of Open At The Top Theatre Company, where he developed "Strong Women ... Made The Man", a comedic homage to the women who have left their Mark. "Strong Women" which was written and performed by Mark, clearly provides a revisionist history of his past and has been selected for the NoHo Arts Festival in North Hollywood, CA. Retired hoofer, soon to be retiring accountant, he has recently appeared as Knute in "Searching for Dreamer" a part of NoHo Arts Center's "24 Hours of Madness", as the Monk in Open At The Top's production of "On The Open Road", as John in Actor Circle Theatre's production of "Lips Together, Teeth Apart", and as Noel in Brooke Purdy's premiere play "Plunge". Mark has appeared in "Shifted" for Nelson Madison Films, "Between Now and Then" for Gallitos Films, and numerous shorts and student projects. He is currently writing/rewriting a full length play called "Norma Triangle", which will be a part of Open At The Top's New Play Staged Reading Series this Summer 2006.

Character: Council Member 1

Played by: Teresa Berkin

Teresa is a character actress who has played a prostitute, a surly nanny, monsters, barflies, nurses, church ladies, teachers, and moms. She previously appeared in various stage productions at Cal State Dominguez Hills in the late 1980s. A decade passed before Teresa dipped her toe into the acting pool again, with supporting roles in the feature films “21” (as an overeager prostitute) and “Willoughby” (as a drug dealer's mother), as well as a handful of student projects. Following another six-year hiatus, she jumped into the deep end last May and has since been cast in several film and television projects, including the award-winning short “A Starbucks Story” and the feature films “Americanizing Shelley,” “The Metrosexual,” “The Last Musketeer” and “The Weakend.” Teresa lives in Sherman Oaks with her husband and son, and can be reached at tberkin@hotmail.com.

Laura Boccaletti is a New York City native who has recently returned to the acting career she left at Boston University several decades ago. She has worked in various fields along the way, her most favorite having been motherhood and freelance photography. She's been making
her way in film and television in Los Angeles for the past two years.
